Vision & Mission

Vision: To improve the relationship between workers and employers and increase production through the creation of a skilled workforce.

Mission: To ensure the overall welfare of workers by implementing various labor welfare programs adopted by the government related to labor welfare centers, port, Narayanganj workers, including labor education and training programs, free medical services, medicine distribution, family welfare and population control.
